For writers
Hold a key and talk through the paragraph. Saywind types it where your cursor is, in the app you write in, without rewriting your sentences.
Double-tap the key and keep talking: pausing to think doesn’t end it. Tap again when you’re done. A hands-free session runs for up to 20 minutes.
Saywind takes out the ums and the repeated words, and lays out lists you number. It doesn’t rephrase, summarise or change your style.
Say “new paragraph” to start one, or “new line” for a break.

Correct a character’s or a place’s name once and Saywind remembers it. After a long passage, or in a long document, fix it with Fix Last Dictation… from the menu bar icon instead. Invented words can go in the Dictionary, with how they sound.
Colour or color: you choose. See British English.
Your speech becomes text on your Mac. History keeps your most recent 2,000 dictations there, so you can find a passage again, and Insights counts your words this week.
It won’t edit what’s already on the page by voice (“delete that sentence”), transcribe recordings, or write for you. Clean-up is made for English.
If you can type in it, Saywind can put your words there.
Up to 20 minutes at a time, hands-free.
